This week’s weather forecast is looking truly tropical, with temperatures creeping up the high 80’s, reaching close to 90 degrees on Wednesday. Humidity is expected to hover up by 70% all week, with scattered thunderstorms forecasted at their usual 30% chance. We’ll have an updated fishing report for you tomorrow, with most area charters reporting that legal limits have been met each day– great news for you angling enthusiasts! UV index is about a 9-10 this week, which means high SPFs are recommended for all ages. It’s a great week to be out on the water or holed up at the Tiki Bar with a nice cold drink. It is 75°F today at Tranquility Bay. We had some clouds this morning, but they should clear up later in the day. 15 MPH wind from the East is kicking up some chop on the ocean, but not a prohibitive amount. These are good conditions for Sailfish or Cobia fishing, although it might be harder to fish off of the reefs.
